ABAC Homes and Construction is a member of the MBA (Master Builders Assoc.) and is fully accredited, with over 20 years experience in the building industry. We take a consultative approach when it comes to designing and planning your home. We communicate with our clients every step of the way. This ensures that your home includes all the elements that are essential for your needs. When you build with us, you are an integral part of the team. At every stage of the building process you help us plan and design your home to incorporate all the features you require in your special dwelling. We have a range of products to suit different styles and budgets. However we do encourage you, with our guidance, to explore all product ranges and items you may want included in your dream home. ABAC Homes and Construction understand that building a home can often be overwhelming due to the many decisions and choices that need to be made. We believe communication with our clients is vital. We ask you what you want and what you expect for your money. We help you make informed decisions through the use of a comprehensive building plan which takes into account your land conditions/block size/block shape and we actively pursue feedback regarding your likes and dislikes. We provide you with a detailed contract which outlines all of the requirements of both the client and the builder. We help you professionally design your interior and provide help for you to make colour selections. The Land Development Agency is responsible for many requirements and development restrictions on land in the A.C.T. all of which ABAC Homes & Construction are aware of and which will be taken into account when designing your home.
